The new van. We finally got a second vehicle, and we are mini van people. The whole time we were talking to the sales woman Luke was running around the van yelling, buy it, buy it. Helpful.
For Saint Patricks Day Luke had a scavenger hunt. They had a great time searching for clues that had been hidden all over the class room leading them to the pot of gold. He even had to dance a jig. his only concern was that a leprechaun might pinch him.

When they found their treasure (a baking soda gold nugget formed around a gold coin) they had to clean it up to make the gold. They used vinegar to dissolve it, and thought watching it fizz was great.

Isabella and Luke trying their hand at some music. He is pretty good with his harmonica. They played drums, a homemade maraca (beans in Tupperware), harmonica, recorder, and a rain stick. Not bad.....at least I thought so. Not sure how the neighbors liked it.
